Relay points designed for comfort and logistics

Each LetzPackUp location is selected and furnished according to a few simple principles:

Strategic locations in residential or high-traffic areas;
Visibility from the street, with clear LetzPackUp signage;
2 to 3 parking spaces in front of the point or in the immediate vicinity;
Ground floor entrance or very easily accessible (strollers, elderly people, reduced mobility);
Organized interior to handle a large volume of parcels securely;
Same visual identity and same organization across all points of the network.

Your packages are being prepared and sorted as usual in your hubs or warehouses.
Group delivery to LetzPackUp points
Your drivers drop off the parcels at one or more of our collection points.
Scan & secure storage
Each package is scanned upon arrival and placed in an organized and secure storage area.
Notification to the end customer
Your system (or ours, depending on the integration) informs the customer that their package is available at LetzPackUp.
Package collection
The customer arrives at the LetzPackUp point with their code or QR code, and collects their package in a few moments.

Why did we create LetzPackUp?

LetzPackUp was born from our own customer experience
Our families order a lot of parcels,
but we have encountered the same problems too often

Opening hours that are too limited or irregular;
Queues and lack of space inside;
Difficulty parking near the relay point;
A very different experience from one store to another.

So we came up with a simple model:
Dedicated parcel collection points, open 7 days a week,
with extended opening hours and parking,
where every detail is designed to make life easier for the carrier and the end customer.
Our ambition is to become the leading network of relay points in Luxembourg.
