How can I know if my parcel has arrived at LetzPackUp?
As soon as the carrier drops off your parcel at the collection point, you will usually receive a notification (SMS/email) or an updated tracking with a collection code or a QR code.

I haven't received a code/notification. What should I do?
First check:

  • your spam/junk mail

  • carrier tracking

If the status indicates “delivered” but you do not have a code, please contact us with:

  • Name + Surname

  • Package number (tracking)

  • Carrier

Do I need to show ID to collect a package?
Yes, an identity document (or any proof of receipt) may be requested to ensure secure delivery.

Can someone pick up my package for me?
Yes, according to the carrier's rules. Generally, the person must present:

  • the withdrawal code/QR

  • and, as applicable, an identity document and/or authorization

How long do you keep the packages?
The storage period depends on the carrier and their terms and conditions. We recommend that you collect your package as soon as you receive the notification.

What happens if I don't pick up the package on time?
The package is usually returned to the sender or processed according to the carrier's procedure.

Do you accept large packages?
This depends on the carrier's limitations and the capacity of the collection point. If in doubt, contact us beforehand.
